We only review publicly available records, such as criminal history databases, to screen for violent offenses or serious safety concerns. We do not access or share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for safety purposes.

3. How the Process Works

After purchasing your ticket, we conduct a background check, using only publicly available information to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

You’ll receive an email with a link to fill out a vetting form, that we use to match our VIP guests.

This process typically takes 2–6 business days.

Once cleared, you’ll get a confirmation email with your event details and next steps.

4. If an Issue Arises
If a background check raises concerns, we will reach out privately to discuss next steps. We aim for fairness and transparency while respecting your privacy.

5. Privacy Matters
All information collected during the vetting and background check is kept strictly confidential and used solely to maintain a safe community. No data is shared with third parties beyond what is required for the check itself.

Can I attend if I have minor offenses on my record?
Each case is reviewed individually. Safety for all participants is our primary concern.
