• Background screening (if applicable)
• Event participation coordination

We take reasonable steps to protect your data using secure platforms and restrict access to authorized staff only.

By participating in Flagged & Fated services or events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information in your application
• Undergo a background screening, if required
• Abide by our Code of Conduct at all events
• Accept that Flagged & Fated is not responsible for your personal dating outcomes or connections

We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any participant from our community who violates our terms, demonstrates harmful behavior, or is flagged by others.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Event access is contingent upon successful vetting and background screening..

By attending a Flagged & Fated event, you agree to the following:

I understand that Flagged & Fated (“the Company”), its organizers, hosts, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other loss that may occur before, during, or after an event. I attend at my own risk.

I acknowledge that:

• I am responsible for my own behavior and safety at all times.
• The Company does not guarantee romantic outcomes or compatibility.
• While all attendees are vetted, the Company is not liable for the actions or misrepresentations of other participants.
• I have disclosed any necessary medical, accessibility, or safety concerns in advance.
• I release and hold harmless Flagged & Fated from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my participation.

By attending, I agree to these terms in full.

To maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment, all attendees must agree to and follow the Flagged & Fated Code of Conduct:

• Respect personal boundaries — verbal, emotional, and physical
• Wear the correct wristband and honor others’ signals
• Engage with honesty and kindness
• Accept rejection gracefully; no means no
• Report any red-flag behavior to staff immediately

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
• Pressuring others for personal information or contact
• Showing up under the influence of drugs or to an unsafe degree of intoxication
• Taking photos or videos of others without explicit consent
• Using another person's vetting information to attend

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event and permanent banning from future participation. No refunds will be issued for misconduct.

By attending any Flagged & Fated event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and/or other media may be taken during the event. You grant Flagged & Fated permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and related purposes, without compensation or additional consent.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to notify event staff upon arrival. While Flagged & Fated will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.
