We only review publicly available records, such as criminal history databases, to screen for violent offenses or serious safety concerns. We do not access or share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for safety purposes.

After purchasing your ticket, we conduct a background screening, using only publicly available information to ensure a safe environment for all attendees.

You’ll receive an email with a link to fill out a vetting form, that we use to match our guests.

This process typically takes 2–6 business days.

If we need additional information, we will reach out to you.

4. If an Issue Arises
If a background screening raises concerns, we will reach out privately to discuss next steps. We aim for fairness and transparency while respecting your privacy.

5. Privacy Matters
All information collected during the vetting and background screening is kept strictly confidential and used solely to maintain a safe community. No data is shared with third parties beyond what is required for the check itself.
